Melinda obtained her LLB and PCLL at the Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2013 and 2014 respectively. Upon completing her pupillage, she has been in private practice since 2015.

Melinda has extensive experience in both criminal and civil litigation. She appears regularly for the Department of Justice prosecuting on fiat at the Magistrates’ Courts. She has represented and advised lay clients at different level of courts, statutory tribunals, administrative boards, and in disciplinary proceedings.

She sits as Deputy Temporary Registrar (Master) at the District Court.

She is fluent in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
